How much will financial aid cover?

Well I thought I asked this but apparently I didn't end up asking it.. anyway here's the details. I am a junior, and my senior year is quickly approaching. Pretty soon I'm going to be applying to colleges and I want to know what financial aid will cover for me. My family is pretty poor, we make around 9000/year. I've maintained a 4.13 weighted GPA (I've taken AP classes), and I recently got a 2020 on my SAT. I'm Hispanic (not sure if that factors into anything). The colleges I'm aiming for are UCLA, UCI, and UC Berkeley. So if anybody can tell me how much my family might be expected to pay for my tuition and things like that, I'd really appreciate it!
