Where is the best of these three places to stay in San Jose, Costa Rica ?

The first place is on calle 19, between avenida 11 y 13; the second place is between Avenida 8 and 10, calle 17, near a courthouse; the last place is on avenida 14, on calle 7. I am staying for a month and am interested in the best area, in terms of safety and a family atmosphere, if you have knowledge of the city. Gracias.
