How to get rid of lines on my neck?

So I have these lines on my neck, like from lying on the bed and bending my head down too much (like when watching tv). I mean, if you say to use creams: got any suggestions of which ones you know that work? Also, is there work that one can do that isn't plastic surgery, but laser that works there, or something? I'd rather NOT pay an arm and a leg so I hope that there is a cream out there that does the trick!! These lines make me look old. Please no joking or mean answers. Gracias!
