What do you do if you have information about a company that is endangering consumers?

I work for a company and am aware of something that they are doing that could potentially harm their consumers. I can't divulge too much information here but I can't in good conscience just not say anything. I don't know what could happen if this is not caught. People could get seriously injured. Do I report the story? If so, to who? It is an multi-million dollar international company. Are there publications that would pay for this information? Please help.
