What should I call him: Menes or Narmer?

OK, so everyone says that Menes, the first pharaoh of ancient Egypt, is the same guy as Narmer, who's also the first pharaoh. If that's true, then what should I call them. I have to write a report on him for the class-thing I'm taking, and I don't know what to call him, Menes or Narmer? Please give me your suggestions. Gracias!
